Traditional in the city's North Zone – opened since 1973 – became famous because of its caldo de mocotó (Brazilian typical dish that is a soup made with ox bones) and other dishes from backcountry cookery. The menu's prominence are the more than 250 options of cachaça (Brazilian alcoholic drink made of sugar cane).
